DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Custodial Worker 1 you will provide thorough cleaning and disinfecting services in assigned areas of the hospital grounds. Your duties will include mopping vacuuming and sweeping floors as well as cleaning windows and dusting furniture. You will also ensure all waste is disposed of properly. You can expect to move furniture and equipment help with snow removal and distribute linen and clothing. In this position you will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms bathrooms offices and recreation areas. Additionally you will properly mix and use chemicals according to the label instructions and operate equipment including electric tow trucks and scrub machines.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with rotating days off and a 30minute lunch. You will work weekends and holidays as assigned. This may change based on operational needs.
- Travel and overtime as needed
