Interested in having Total Control function on all assigned projects to include Project Cost Management and Project Schedule Management Enbridge has a Project Controls Advisor position that will provide cost monitoring reporting and control services during the execution phase of projects. In addition this position will be responsible for project schedule management to include schedule monitoring reporting and control services during the execution phase of projects. Heres what you will do:

• Provide full Project Control Management consisting of cost/schedule development and control during the full lifecycle of projects.

• Generate regular and ad hoc analysis including graphs summary tables and presentations.

• Assist the Project Engineer/Manager in Project Scope Management by providing insight into scope definition verification change control and financial health of projects.

• Work with internal team to understand the incurred field costs and Stakeholders for indirect costs and compare against budget and monthly forecast values.

• Prepare expenditure profiles work force histograms comparative capital cost estimates for projects and total program monthly forecast summaries.

• Provide estimating support to other departments cost management for internal cost controls.

• Track Key Performance Indicators and work with groups to improve overall execution of projects.

• Develop templates examples and policies & procedures to assist the project managers to implement the Gating Controls Process.

• Prepare project status with variance analysis and reasoning for Senior and Project Management.

Who you are:
You have the following education and experience:

• University Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or Accounting related fields. Other postsecondary education may be considered.

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Controls or Project Management experience is required.

• General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.

• High proficiency in MS Excel required (vlookups pivot tables graph generation sumifs etc.).

• Predict obstacles challenges and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

• Software experience with: MS Office Suite Oracle/SAP.

• Problem solving decisionmaking organization planning and leadership skills.

• Collaborative team and serviceoriented work style.

• Motivated selfstarter who works well independently in a fastpaced team environment.

• Valid drivers license.

Preferred:

• Registration in a professional society related to their postsecondary education.

• Project Management professional designation.

• Working knowledge of PowerBI.
