Manage and clear the COOs inbox prioritizing critical communications
Streamline operations by setting up and documenting SOPs
Develop analyze and maintain reports and dashboards
Ensure task accountability and follow up on deadlines
Coordinate meetings take minutes and track action items
Provide personal and executive support to the COO
What You Need to Succeed:
Senior Certificate (Essential)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Must be able to demonstrate competency (Power Query V/XLookup Pivot Tables & more!)
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Proactive mindset with a sharp eye for detail
