Heart Failure

What you can expect at your practice:
- Fulltime position with dynamic group; Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with heart failure/cardiology experience preferred
- Position is a combination of both inpatient and outpatient dedicated to heart failure
- Monday Friday Schedule
- Successful candidate will be energetic compassionate and selfmotivated

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
- 1 year Required
Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
