Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take the helm of a highgrowth highenergy USDA meat facility Archer Meat Snacks is seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Director to lead our 100 employee team through multishift production maintenance warehousing inventory control shipping and quality control operations. Youll oversee the daytoday execution of our fastpaced plant while developing longrange strategies to improve safety efficiency cost and product quality. With a strong focus on people development and continuous improvement this role is key to shaping our future success. With a competitive pay range of $150000 to $185000 this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fastpaced manufacturing setting.

If you have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or Supply Chain a related field along with at least 7 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing youll leverage your background in lean manufacturing and change management to drive operational excellence in a fastpaced entrepreneurial setting. A strong communicator and coach you know how to motivate teams develop talent and present confidently to executive leadership. If you bring USDA experience and a passion for building highperforming teams youll have the tools to make a lasting impact on Archer Meat Snacks growth and success.
