SUMMARY: A Service Advisor is the first point of contact in the service lane. They are responsible for greeting the customer consulting on service needs estimating costs and selling service repairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills. Additionally they will have a strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
