Process Expert Senior FEP

Location: This role requires associates to be inoffice 12 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and worklife balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Process Expert Senior is responsible for supporting the PMO and Business Readiness functions with multiple operations departments by participating in project and process work.

How you will make an impact:

  • Will perform business readiness duties as a lead when driving enterprisewide initiatives/projects.
  • Work directly with learning and development to develop training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize new systems and processes.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes systems and technologies.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to keep the organization informed and engaged during transitions and implementations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to anticipate the impact of changes on business and develop strategies to address potential gaps.
  • Develops presents process improvement solutions for new systems new accounts and other operational improvements.
  • Support project managers in ensuring business readiness tasks are integrated into project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provides process direction and decision making for all minor and major project work
  • Provides guidance to process experts.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years experience in business analysis process improvement project coordination in a highvolume managed care operation (claims customer service enrollment and billing); or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Ability to analyze workflows processes supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Knowledge Library and/or BlueLINK document repositories preferred.
  • Prior experience working in healthcare insurance highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a project management capacity highly preferred.
  • Experience in Change Management and Business Readiness highly preferred.
