Organ Health Specialist, East US Region

We are currently seeking an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join our Thoracic Organ Health sales team. The OHS will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market development through direct sales within the thoracic transplant space specifically heart and lung. This candidate will be calling into cardiology and pulmonology engaging with specialists and transplant teams to promote our solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strategic customer relationships and executing a business plan to accelerate revenue growthprimarily focused on our marketed product Prospera. The OHS will also provide clinical insight and educational support including training on the technical applications of our products.

The territory spans Ohio including key markets such as Detroit Cleveland and the Pittsburgh area with flexibility to travel throughout the region as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Organ Health Specialist youll be at the forefront of our mission responsible for exceeding performance goals and establishing client relationships in the transplant market. Your duties will include:

• Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales fostering client relationships and driving sustainable growth.
• Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market contributing to brand development and market expansion.
• Becoming a local expert on Nateras technology and services representing our company at the highest levels.
• Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent educational background.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience ideally within diagnostics labdeveloped tests transplant cardiovascular and/or pulmonology sectors.
• Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant or cardiology specialty medicine
• Established relationships with KOLs in transplant or specialty medicine
• Background in medicine biological sciences or genetics is preferred.
• Ability to travel 5075%.

Total ontarget earnings consist of a competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition the compensation package includes a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
