Job Description
NO experience needed...We will train you!- Once an instructor $.25 raise every 50 hours you work

- Lifeguard CPR/AED and First Aid certification is NOT necessary we will pay for you to obtain one.
- Flexible shifts available After school hours around 3:45p8p Saturday mornings Sunday mornings and afternoons

As a swim instructor you will teach students of all ages in accordance with the British Swim School aquatics program. Even if you are not an expert swimmer thats OK! We can train anyone on how to teach our lessons heres what we need from you:
- At least 3 days a week you can commit to the training program
- Your own swimsuit
- Willingness to participate in some online training
- Good work ethic and comfortable with constructive criticism
- Be ready to learn a new skill!

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementaryaged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a childfocused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team even if youre not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the Survival of the Littlest.
