Shift Details
- Site Manager will work a minimum of five 8hour shiftsMonday Friday
- Shifts will might vary based on business needs
Minimum Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
- Possess a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Possessavalid instate activedrivers license (No temp license or permits accepted.)
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience required
- Mustbe comfortable/have experience withproviding valet services and driving a variety of vehicles
Key Responsibilities
- Train coach and develop the team daily
- Create and manage the schedule ofdirect reports
- Establish and maintain a friendly working relationship with hospital staff and management
- Assist team with all daily valet services that are required of your team.
- Use weekly customer service metric reporting to deliver a whiteglove customer service experience
- Demonstrateleadership skills and maintain a high bar for what customer service looks like for your team
- Report and document incidents accidents or claims with the appropriate corporaterepresentative

As the Site Manager for our Hospitality and Valet Team you and your team of direct reports will ensure operational excellence and a superior patient/guest experience within your location: Welcoming patients & guests parking/retrieving their vehicles and assisting with loading/unloading of their vehicles you and your team will be the embodiment of customer service! Being the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit your team continuouslyand consistently elevates the patient experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate a laptop/tablet daily to manage communication run reports complete trainings and checkin guests vehicles
- Create and manage the schedule of all direct reports
- Train coach and develop the team daily
- Use weekly customer service metric reporting to deliver a whiteglove customer service experience
- Motivate and empower a team to provide worldclass hospitality/valet services
- Demonstrateleadership skills and maintain a high bar for what customer service looks like for your team
- Effectively build relationships with patients guests and hospital staff!
- Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents accidents or claims with the appropriate HR representative
- Always maintain proper staffing levels to ensure superior customer service and operating standards are met through proper scheduling and in the moment coaching of your team

Position Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
- Possess a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Possessavalid instate activedrivers license (No temp license or permits accepted.)
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience required
- Mustbe comfortable/have experience with providing valet services and driving a variety of vehicles
- Pass all onboarding screening processes
- Work a flexible fulltime schedule that includes days evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role
- Move with urgency and speed
- Safely and physically ableto lift up to 50 lbs
- Effectively build relationships with hospital staff patients guests and team
- Communicate clearly/effectively and able to motivate/lead a diverse team
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
- This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather rain sleet snow and other inclement weather
- Physical involvement will include walking standing pushing and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patients vehicle all while delivering outstanding customer service
- Able to speak read and write Standard English
- Bilingual (not required but a plus!)
- Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)

- $18.00/hour plus tips!
