You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with endstage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Some details about this position:
No Dialysis experience is required paid training is provided!
Potential to float to various clinics
You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Current LPN license in the state of Indiana is required
Current CPR certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
What you can expect:
Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct oneonone patient care to provide safe comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment while providing patient education on kidney disease.
Monitor patients before during and after dialysis treatment in an outpatient setting including measuring and recording stats patient observations and hemodialysis machine set up.
Work on a cross functional team of technicians nurses social workers dietitians and leadership.
Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple comorbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
