Your Career Journey

As a Graduate Sales Executive youll embark on a structured training programme designed to equip you with the skills to sell recruitment and talent consulting services to business leaders in the engineering and technical sectors. You will:

  • Learn how to identify and engage decisionmakers building trusted relationships with clients
  • Develop expertise in selling recruitment and talent consulting solutions
  • Support client accounts and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Gain handson experience with advanced recruitment technology and automation tools
  • Contribute to a collaborative highperforming team environment

Once you have mastered the art of selling our services youll transition into an Executive Recruiter role where you will:

  • Source and assess top sales and leadership talent for mid to seniorlevel positions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate search to placement
  • Deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates
