Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Central Station Experience team within the Global Delivery Associate Solutions Team supporting Amazons Last Mile Delivery organization. This role will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the Delivery Service Provider(s) Delivery Associate (DSP DA) experience across our station network focusing on operational excellence and systematic improvements that drive measurable results.
Key job responsibilities
Lead crossfunctional programs to identify analyze and resolve stationlevel challenges impacting delivery associate satisfaction and performance
Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring systems for operational metrics including staging efficiency package readiness and station congestion patterns
Partner with regional teams to analyze DSP DA feedback and operational data creating actionable insights that drive networkwide improvements
Design and implement standardized audit frameworks aligned with SOPs ensuring consistent execution across multiple geographies
Collaborate with field teams to conduct targeted investigations of operational hot spots and implement corrective action plans
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across safety operations and DSP management teams
Scale successful initiatives across regions and develop best practice sharing mechanisms
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
PMP
International program management experience
