Mdecins Sans Frontires international medical humanitarian association founded in 1971 provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened: mainly in the event of armed conflict but also epidemics pandemics natural disasters or exclusion from healthcare. The French section is present in around thirty countries.
Main Purpose Provide outpatient and/or inpatient medical care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and updated medical knowledge MSF protocols values and universal hygiene standards to improve the patients/beneficiaries health conditions. Accountabilities Apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnose and prevention. Carry out outpatient and inpatient consultations prescribing the necessary treatment respecting MSF protocols. Keep the patient and/or his/her family informed about the illness and provide appropriate explanations about the treatment to follow checking they have understood. Follow up the evolution of the hospitalized/IDP patients through daily visits consultations and examinations prescribing the necessary treatment following MSF protocols deciding whether they can be discharged or transferred to other departments in collaboration with other doctors and informing their family about the patients evolution. Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care the quality disinfection and sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards. Participate in the collection and analysis of epidemiological data checking its validity and informing the line manager or project coordinator about any problem or complication of the patients illness medical error and monitors the proper functioning of the department equipment or material. Ensure ongoing training of the medical/paramedical multidisciplinary team in order to optimize the quality of care. Knows and ensures all MSF medical protocols are followed and implemented checking universal precautions are followed at all times and reducing biohazard risks and improving infection control. Ensures professional confidentiality is respected. Manage the team under his/her direct responsibility according to MSF HR policies and procedures supervising their performance organizing and scheduling shifts and rotations directly participating in emergencies and on calls if necessary. Education Medical Doctor diploma Desirable diploma in Tropical Medicine (For OCB & OCBA Tropical Medicine Is essential) Experience 2 year experience minimum as a Medical Doctor or in clinical work (can be within medical training). Desirable in tropical medicine or postregistration experience in Public Health obs and gynae paediatrics A&E infectious diseases HIV/AIDS/STDs TB general practice general medicine or minor surgery. Languages Mission language essential. Local language desirable. Formation :
- Diplme de Pdiatre.
Exprience :
- Minimum 5 ans dexprience dans les soins pdiatriques et nonatals en milieu hospitalier
- Exprience dans les soins pdiatriques et nonatales durgence
- Minimum 3 missions terrain MSF dans des projets de pdiatrie et de nonatalogie
- Expriences significatives dans la mise en place de solution dapprentissage dans le domaine de la pdiatrie
- Exprience en technique de mentorat et simulation en sant
Comptences et aptitudes :
- Adhsion aux guidelines pdiatriques et nonatales et des procdures de soins infirmiers de MSF.
- Expertise en pdiatrie et nonatalogie durgence en milieu hospitalier
- Comptences de formateur et mentor clinique
- Comptences informatiques: Word Excel PowerPoint Internet.
Exigences :
- Familiarit avec la facilitation de formations via des plateformes en ligne ;
- Bonnes comptences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles ;
- Capacit travailler de manire indpendante et en quipe
- Connatre les principes de lducation et de la formation des adultes et sengager encourager une culture de lapprentissage et du dveloppement continus ;
- Une comprhension des techniques pdagogiques et une exprience pralable dans llaboration de matriel de formation sont souhaitables.

Spcificits du poste:
Statut : CDD temps plein de 12 mois. Bas dans le pays dorigine (30%) avec de frquentes visites sur les sites de MSF (70%).
Conditions :
- Contrat terrain niveau 11 de la grille de salaires terrain MSF en fonction de lanciennet de lexprience et du lieu de rsidence.
- Pendant les voyages (en mission au sige etc.) le per diem est vers directement selon le montant en vigueur dans le pays de mission selon les rgles IRP2. Assurance maladie prise en charge 100% par Mdecins Sans Frontires.
