We are looking for a dynamicTalent Acquisition Manager(m/f/d) to lead and execute our recruitment strategies. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns building our brand presence and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to promote our AIdriven solutions expand our market reach and contribute to the overall business growth. You guide Tech & Commercial talents throughout their journey from first contact to onboarding always ensuring a smooth and outstanding candidate experience.
You craft targeted job postings and choose the right recruiting strategies and channels with a strong focus on precise active sourcing and a seamless candidate journey.
You lead interviews with the goal of identifying top talent and making sure theyre the right fit for voize.
You build and nurture a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts giving voize access to top talent now and in the future.
You actively shape our talent attraction and employer branding efforts working closely with the marketing team and bringing fresh ideas to boost voizes visibility and appeal.
You set up datadriven reporting and KPIs using metrics like timetohire and conversion rates to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Several years of experienceas an inhouse (Senior) Recruiter in fastscaling SaaS startups and international tech companies with a strong proven track record in building and improving hiring processes.
Skilled in developing and scalingrecruiting and employer brandingstrategies for tech and business roles.
Strategic mindset with handson experiencebuilding effective Talent Acquisition teams from scratch.
Wellconnectedin the HR and recruiting space always up to date with trends and best practices.
Confident instakeholder managementand negotiations at all levels.
Datadriven approach using KPIsto optimize performance and processes.
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)to effectively engage with local and international partners.
