Job Description
Director of Nursing
A Director of Nursing is needed in Marlton NJ with a wellestablished and successful healthcare organization that continues to serve their patients with exceptional care.

Salary and Benefits
- The pay for this position is $90000 $140000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00AM 5:00PM)
- In office position unless called out to handle emergency situations
- Ensures nursing department is compliant with federal state and local regulations
- Serves as a clinical leader in various projects and forums
- Supervises RN LPN and CMA; develops and monitors performance plans; monitors and evaluates nursing activities and takes corrective action where needed
- Assists in the recruitment development and orientation of nursing staff
- Provides nursing care services as needed including but not limited to administering medications; assesses patients response to treatment and nursing care
- In conjunction with the Director of Clinical Compliance leads immunization and lab diagnostic tracking
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (Nursing Public Health Healthcare Administration or related field)
- MBA MPH or MSN strongly preferred
- New Jersey RN License & CPR
- 35 years relevant experience in health care management (multisite experience preferred)
- Experience in an ambulatory care setting is highly desired
- Strong clinical managerial and computer skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Must have a passion for public service and a commitment to diversity
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local travel between all locations when needed
