Industry Experience:Minimum of 1 year of Loan Origination experience

We are seeking to hire a top Producer to accomplish the following:
- Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business
- Regularly identifying developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships.
- Provide an exceptional effortless customer experience by prequalifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains professional relationships promotes the successes of the company and coworkers and is a team player.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers
- Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Independent selfstarting team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to read analyze and interpret financial data.
- Working knowledge of mortgage industry products lending practices and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines.
- Working knowledge of mortgage origination process FNMA FHA VA USDA guidelines
