- Mentor coach and lead Business Development Representatives Account Representatives and a Sales Operations team to exceed targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaign efforts and drive conversions.
- Analyze lead acquisition and sales performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Forecast revenue oversee metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
- Refine sales processes implement best practices and scale success across the team.
- Identify and capitalize on account expansion opportunities.
What Were Looking For- 5 years of experience in sales and/or leadership preferably in lead generation or inside sales.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strategic leader with strong analytical communication and project management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
