Job Description:

What Youll Do

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy roadmap and goals for Digital Payments Authentication Service Products. This includes partnering with the clientfacing product managers product owners and technology partners to evaluate existing and desired capabilities gather market intel and recommend strategic initiatives to mitigate market gaps value add and define KPIs.

Assesses the performance of and shapes the structure and direction of new and existing product lines and develops or assists in developing and executing strategic product plans for key initiatives such as the introduction of new products product line extensions or product enhancements. Assist the team in achieving specific goals for each product including evaluating product performance and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market. Actively manages and escalates risk and customerimpacting issues within the daytoday role to management.



How Youll Do It

  • Identify sources monitor analyze and interpret key product performance metrics including financials network volumes other key statistics and internal/external customer feedback trends then develop and communicate findings suggests and recommends performance improvements to support data driven business decisions.
  • Partners with vendors and/or crossfunctional internal teams such as Sales Operations Legal Marketing Finance Technology in the evaluation development management and/or enhancement of assigned products and/or programs.
  • Manages and communicates scope deliverables timelines of projects and/or plans within preset budgets.
  • Participates in Agile sprints planning and executions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop or support sales efforts or gotomarket strategies.


Qualifications Youll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelors Social Sciences IT Communications Marketing Business Administration and Management or related
  • 4 years Product Management Product Delivery/Commercialization Project Management Payments Industry Financial Services Marketing or related
  • 8 years Card payments network acquiring issuing mobile technologies digital payments or related including Product Management Experience

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77500.00 to $131500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors such as but not limited to geographical location relevant experience education and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
