Job Description

The Faculty of Medicine is looking for a fulltime lecturer to teach in the Department of Basic Medical Sciences from the next academic year 2025/2026.

Subjects to be taught:

  • Physiology I II

  • Physiology

Education required:

  • Degree in medicine pharmacy biology.

  • A doctorate would be an asset.

Languages:

  • A high level of English (C1) is required. Subjects will be taught in English and Spanish.

Professional and teaching experience:

  • Experience exercising the specific professional activity related to the post as a specialist of recognised competence is required.

  • Teaching experience and teaching accreditations will be an asset.

  • Scientific publications in the area related to the subject to be taught will be an asset as well as participation in research groups seminars and/or congresses.

Competences and skills:

  • Communication skills oral and written.

  • Ability to generate impact and motivate students.

  • Pedagogical skills (use of a wide range of didactic and digital media application of different teaching methodologies).

  • High emotional intelligence: selfmotivation empathy and influence.

Additional information

  • Classes in morning and afternoon shifts

  • Monteprincipe Campus
