We are looking for a highly organized and strategic leader to oversee operations partner relations with a special focus on onboarding integration and ongoing support. This role bridges the gap between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution high partner satisfaction and successful partner integrations. The ideal candidate is adept at process improvement crossfunctional coordination and relationship management.
Partner Relations:
Serves as the primary operational point of contact for partners during and postexecution of agreements.
Develops and maintains strong relationships to ensure longterm satisfaction and retention.
Addresses operational challenges quickly and effectively ensuring minimal disruption.
Consults and advises on proforma development for operations growth opportunities
Integration Management:
Leads and manage integration projects between partners and internal systems platforms or services.
Develops and comprehends qualitative and quantitative information to guide operational business decisions within strategic partnerships.
Develops and documents integration processes workflows and best practices.
Ensures data integrity system compatibility and compliance during integrations.
Operational Coordination:
Works closely with internal stakeholders (sales legal HR IT product ops support operational leadership etc.) to streamline partner processes.
Optimizes onboarding and implementation workflows for scalability and efficiency related to partner integration.
Creates and monitors KPIs to assess operational readiness and success of integration and identify areas for improvement.
Provides regular updates to leadership and partners on key initiatives challenges and performance metrics.
Leadership/Management
Provides direction to and accomplishes results through the team
Manages the staffing and development of assigned resources
Oversees employee learning and development
Conducts performance reviews and manages human resources decisions such as hiring promotions and disciplinary actions
Minimum Education
Required:
Bachelors degree in business finance or related degree
Preferred:
Masters degree in business
Masters degree in healthcare administration
Minimum Experience
Required:
8 years increasing responsibility in management consulting corporate development project management or other strategic growth
Preferred:
Healthcare experience
5 years P&L management
PMP/Project Management Certifications

Proven track record of establishing and growing successful partnerships.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to lead team to meet and exceed performance goals
Strong developer of talent to support operational growth
Proficient in Microsoft programs
Able to lead multifaceted programs and initiatives
Ability to develop meaningful accurate and relevant client/partner reports
Ability to execute performance goals
Ability to assess data assessment regarding P&L KPIs and applicable information critical to business intellect
Ability to work with business partners to support the business
Comfortable presenting to large groups
