About the role:
We are looking for a detailoriented Operational Purchaser to join our purchasing team in Kping. As part of the Purchasing Team youll play a key role in building strong partnerships with exceptional suppliers ensuring worldclass quality that drives our growth and brings our mission to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the endtoend ordering process from placing orders to managing invoicing ensuring smooth and timely followups with suppliers.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers actively communicating to maintain optimal order levels and ensure a steady flow of materials.
- Monitor order progress ensuring deadlines are met and collaborate with purchasing teams to align on lead times and priorities.
- Take charge of inventory management balancing raw materials and finished goods stock to support seamless production and operations.
- Create and manage purchase orders for various materials and packaging ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
- Handle special or custom orders contributing to costsaving initiatives and process improvements.
- Maintain and update data in the ERP system resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate tracking for effective planning and decisionmaking.
Skills and requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems. Experience with Rootstock is a plus.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration.
