Join our series A startup as Lead/Senior Product Designer to help thousands of Nonprofits get access to funding!
Were looking for a userobsessed systemsthinking deeply collaborative Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional product experiences across our platform.
In this role youll work will directly impact highimpact initiatives collaborating with Product Engineering and key stakeholders across the business to deliver elegant solutions to complex problems. Youll obsess over flows sweat the interaction details and never settle for anything that doesnt feel intuitive inclusive and joyful to use.
Youll be joining a designled culture where craft is celebrated and impact is real.
As Lead/Senior Product Designer your mission will be to:
- Lead product design from discovery to delivery across highimpact areas (donations nonprofit onboarding dashboards etc.).
- Partner with PMs and engineers to deeply understand user needs and define elegant scalable solutions.
- Run user research prototype and test concepts and champion evidencebased decisionmaking.
- Craft polished accessible UI and interaction patterns that balance user needs with business goals.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and product design principles.
- Be a thought partner to product leadership on longterm product strategy.
After 3 months success will look like:
- Youve shipped your first major project and contributed to measurable improvements in usability or engagement.
- Research and design processes are embedded in the product lifecycle and driving decisions.
- Youre seen as a goto voice on product quality user needs and design best practices.
This role is a perfect match for you if you have:
- 5 years of experience designing digital products endtoend in fastpaced product teams
- Excel at balancing systemlevel thinking with interaction and UI detail
- Are confident with Figma and familiar with modern design systems
- Are strong on user research and turning insights into product magic
- Communicate clearly and champion crossfunctional collaboration
- Can show work thats beautiful useful and solves real problems
Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or nonprofit audiences
- Touched payments onboarding dashboards or multiuser platforms
- Building tech for good and creating positive societal impact
