About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team in France. This role will be key in ensuring compliance with French labor laws fostering positive employee relations and supporting various HR functions including recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with French labor laws and regulations; keep the organization updated on legislative changes.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HRrelated policies practices and labor law matters.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues with a balanced and solutionoriented approach.
Support the endtoend recruitment process: job posting interviewing coordination with hiring managers and onboarding.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Support HR projects audits and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with the regional/global HR team to ensure alignment with companywide HR policies and programs.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Labor Law Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of HR generalist experience in France with solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
Strong experience in employee relations and HR compliance.
Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural and fastpaced environment.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
High level of integrity discretion and professionalism.
