Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsibile for all technical and infrastructural matters at our head office and coordinate external service providers together with your team.
- You will also independently develop concepts for site changes take on project management and plan necessary maintenance measures.
- With the help of modern and softwaresupported inspection and maintenance plans you support and ensure operation responsibility.
- You negotiate maintenance contracts conclude them in consultation with the management and ensure their ongoing support.
- Processing adhoc enquiries maintain relevant property data create evaluations for process optimisation and coordinate the deployment of our inhouse technicians are your daily tasks.
- You also act as a direct point of contact for the customer and are responsible for the economic realisation of customer concerns and the processing of complaints.
You bring along:
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in facility management or similar and have already gained initial professional experience in this field or in property management.
- You have good IT skills a confident handling of MS Office and CAFM systems as well as knowledge of relevant regulations in this area.
- You are also characterised by your teamspirit customeroriented approach ability to work under pressure technical understanding and business acumen.
- Good English and/or German language skills are essential (at least B1 proficiency in one of them).
