Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Payment Operations Specialist to join a fastpaced forwardthinking financial team. The ideal candidate will be key in supporting international payment operations ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and PSPs. Prior experience in the trading or forex industry is a strong advantage.

What Youll Do

As a Payment Operations Specialist youll manage relationships with financial institutions and payment service providers oversee onboarding processes troubleshoot transaction issues and support internal departments with paymentrelated queries.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with banks acquirers and PSPs to manage daily payment operations.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new PSPs ensuring all compliance requirements (KYC KYB) are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment issues swiftly.
  • Provide support to Sales and Customer Support teams for transaction and rejection queries.
  • Conduct research to identify and assess new payment providers across various regions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing in line with SOPs.
  • Maintain organised records of all PSPrelated documentation and data.
  • Handle multiple analytical tasks and support special projects as required by management.
  • Uphold internal compliance policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet the following conditions:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment operations or a similar role in the financial sector.
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid numerical and analytical skills.
  • Fast and accurate in data entry tasks.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fastmoving and evolving environment.
  • A proactive teamoriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Previous experience in the trading or Forex industry is highly desirable.
