Job Description
Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Selfmotivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment
- Minimum of one 1 year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance basic plumbing and basic electrical
- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
- The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic involves supporting the operation inspection and maintenance of mechanical electrical plumbing and kitchen equipment in assigned facilities
- The position requires collaboration with Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians as well as independent task
- Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
- Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
- Perform general interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs
- Complete special tasks such as painting locksmith work and tenant service requests
- Be on call for afterhours emergencies
- Comply with policies for the safe storage usage and disposal of hazardous materials
- Completion of an applicable technical training program
