At Rhesis AI we empower organizations to develop and deploy Gen AI applications that meet high standards for reliability robustness and compliance. As the creators of an opensource solution for test generation & management we enable AI teams to build contextspecific tests and collaborate directly with domain experts.
Were currently part of the K.I.E.Z. Accelerator at the Merantix AI Campus in Berlin where were building the testing infrastructure Gen AI needs to earn trust at scale.

Tasks
What you will do
- Design build and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP (and support for other cloud environments and onpremise deployments).
- Define and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform Ansible and related tools.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiservice deployments (e.g. GitHub Actions GitLab CI or similar).
- Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters (GKE and selfmanaged) to support Rhesis backend frontend and worker components.
- Design hybrid infrastructure to support both SaaS and onpremise enterprise installations.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure meets high standards for security compliance reliability and observability.
Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Important Skills
- Experience in cloud infrastructure DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong handson experience with Terraform and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Experience managing infrastructure on GCP AWS Azure or a mix.
- Proficiency in configuring CI/CD pipelines and managing secrets environments and artifact deployments.
- Familiarity with Ansible or equivalent tools for system provisioning and automation.
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices including IAM networking and workload protection.
- Experience supporting multienvironment deployments (dev staging production) and onpremise scenarios.
Nicetohave skills
- Experience with hybrid cloud deployments or airgapped systems for enterprise environments.
- Background in setting up monitoring logging and alerting stacks (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK).
- Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- Interest in AI infrastructure ML pipelines or MLOps tools is a plus.
