At Credibur were building the most comprehensive debt management platform for nonbank lenders. Our mission is bold: to make it radically easier for originators and lenders to raise and manage debt facilitiesso they can focus on building the future of finance.
Were looking for a handson analytical Founders Associate (m/f/d) to work closely with our founder and help drive key initiatives across the business. In this highimpact role youll contribute to everything from investor relations and business development to data and operations.

Tasks
Your responsibilities will be diverse and evolve as we grow but may include:
- Business Development: Identify potential customers and partners help with sales and gotomarket strategy
- Project & Product Management: Drive key projects and help shape our fintech product offering
- Data Analytics: Work with financial and operational data to generate insights and optimize decisionmaking
- Operations & Strategy: Ensure efficient processes help scale operations and improve business performance
- Investor Relations: Support fundraising efforts prepare pitch materials and engage with investors
As one of the first hires youll be working directly with Nicolas (Founder) taking ownership of projects and influencing strategic decisions.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree (Business Finance Economics or a related field preferred)
- You have first work experience whether through internships or a first fulltime job in startups consulting or banking (we will adapt the role and compensation based on experience level)
- You thrive in fastmoving unstructured environments and love taking initiative
- You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills youre comfortable working with numbers and financial models
- Youre an excellent communicator fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
- Youre selfdriven handson and eager to learn we wont micromanage you
