Job Description
Gasfin Services is a dynamic startup in the energy sector dedicated to running LNG FSRU facilities in the north of Germany. Our mission is to enhance the energy infrastructure with innovative solutions. We pride ourselves on our small but ambitious team fostering a collaborative and fastpaced work environment. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Working Student to join our IT & Security team at our headquarters in Bonn. This role is ideal for a student with a digital mindset and a doer attitude eager to gain handson experience and support our Director of IT & Security Chris.
Tasks
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT & security measures to protect company data and infrastructure.
- Support the team in daily operations including troubleshooting system updates and user support.
- Collaborate on digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing our technological capabilities.
- Conduct research and provide insights on the latest trends and best practices in IT security.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IT strategies and policies.
- Work with stateoftheart digital tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Surface devices to create a seamless and efficient digital environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT security and digital transformation.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a handson approach to problemsolving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in English as it is our company language.
