Description/Job Summary
SAFETY SENSTIVE POSITION
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. overtime as needed including weekends.
Job Summary: Operates and maintains cube lines (filler cubeloader liner filling conveyors glue applicators lot code applicator). Load cubes into the cube former load linersinto the liner machines load glue into the glue applicator. Net weight monitoring – monitoring product toensure net weight is being met. Responsible for ensuring packaging materials are kept clean and safe. Maintaining quality product (ensure propercounts product appearance of packaged product) before during and afterpackaging. Also responsible inspectiongreasing equipment and part replacement of cube machines conveyors etc.(checking hoses working condition etc. of the equipment). Maintaining the cube line equipment and areain good clean working conditions. Dryingcleaning (sweeping blowing). Must alsodocument weight checks document label and product verification lot codeinformation onto products (sticker applied to exterior cube) record keepingrelated to cleaning and record keeping related to Preventative Maintenance.

- Must be willing and able to read speak write and understand the English language fluently.
- Must possess verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess basic maintenance skills
- Must possess computer skills related to cube line controls.
- Must be willing and able to climb up to 30 feet.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 100 pounds as needed throughout the day.
- Must be willing and able to bend stoop push pull twist and turn throughout the day.
- Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
