Job Opening for Performance Marketer Google & Meta Ads
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and resultsdriven Google Ads & Meta Ads Performance Marketer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing optimizing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across Search Display YouTube Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and competitor analysis to improve ad targeting.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing bid strategies and audience targeting.
- Create compelling ad copies creatives and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team.
- Continuously monitor CPC CTR ROAS and CPA metrics making datadriven adjustments.
- Implement conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager Meta Pixel GA4 to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on Google & Meta algorithm changes industry trends and best practices.
- Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics (GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of performance marketing retargeting and audience segmentation.
Handson experience with Lookalike Audiences Custom Audiences and Dynamic Ads.
Analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with thirdparty tools like SEMrush Ahrefs or Similarweb (preferred).
Experience in D2C eCommerce SaaS or Lead Generation (preferred).
Excellent communication and data interpretation skills.
