Job Title: Senior Developer (Project Manager) (Microservices WebSocket WebRTC Project Management)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Microservices architecture WebSocket and WebRTC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development and project management capable of designing and implementing scalable and realtime applications. Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain microservicesbased backend applications using .
Implement WebSocket and WebRTC solutions to support realtime communication features.
Architect scalable and secure APIs for seamless data exchange between services.
Optimize performance reliability and security of backend services.
Lead project development manage timelines and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
MustHave Skills:
Strong experience in with at least 7 years of backend development experience.
Expertise in designing and developing Microservices architecture.
Proficiency in WebSocket for realtime communication.
Indepth knowledge of WebRTC for video/audio streaming applications.
Handson experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
Solid understanding of containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and cloud services (AWS Azure or GCP).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects successfully.
NicetoHave Skills:
Experience with TypeScript and frontend technologies.
Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth JWT).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and serverless computing.
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.
