Job Description
- Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver handson outpatient orthopedic therapy services
- Work independently and manage a full caseload after orientation
- Complete all clinical documentation and billing using Epic EMR
- Ensure patient progress through evidencebased therapeutic interventions
- Active New York State Physical Therapy License (required)
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings strongly preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning communication and selfmanagement skills
- Comfortable working autonomously after orientation
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Work Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic within an established healthcare system
- Supportive onboarding followed by independent caseload management
