Paragon Referrals based in Wakefield West Yorkshire have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Care Associate to join their team on a weekend parttime position. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working amongst a friendly and spportive team.
This is a permanent parttime position working 17h per week over Saturday and Sunday.
Your role and responsibilities
Dealing with clients attending appointments with their pets both face to face and over the telephone
Booking appointments and dealing with customer queries
Front of house reception meeting and greeting clients on arrival with their pets
Updating patient records and registering clients on our practice management system
General ad hoc admin duties
You will be:
Well organised able to multi task and have impeccable time management skills
Previous customer service experience essential
Excellent telephone manner able to deal with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Confident and resilient
Remain calm courteous and professional at all times
Be aware of GDPR guidelines when dealing with client data

Paragon is a purposebuilt diplomateled multidisciplinary referral hospital. It is situated just outside the city of Wakefield. The centre opened its doors in 2018 so the facilities are still new and benefit from a clean and modern design.
