Associate (Delivery Consultant) Global Sports Practice London

About the Practice

Our global Sports Gaming & Media Practice is one of the leading sports executive search partners for many highprofile sporting organisations and bodies including FIFA IOC Olympic & Paralympic Games International Federations and National Governing bodies operating across the world in all major sports at league and club levels.

About the Role

Our Associate (or Delivery Consultant) position is a critical role which sees you working alongside Simon Cummins Global Practice Head to deliver on highprofile appointments across the globe.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the executive search process which includes pitch preparation and delivery leading the research strategy managing researchers on the project all written documentation such as client reports market intelligence reports and candidate interview analysis. You will either lead or support candidate interviews client updates client management and candidate care project managing the entire search process.

This is a critical clientfacing role on the journey to becoming a consultant in your own right.

About you

You will ideally bring experience working in either executive search recruitment or the broader Sports industry in a clientfacing consulting or advisory capacity such as sponsorship partnerships or strategy. It is essential that you have a passion for the Sports industry and want to help influence its growth change and development by appointing dynamic and diverse leadership.
