Bilingual P&C Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Producer
Established agency seeking an outgoing personable bilingual individual to provide timely quotes recognize crossselling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service for commercial and personal lines customers.
Qualifications:
- Establish new relationships with potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners
- Identify prospects through cold calling over the phone visiting local businesses and walkins
- Cultivate relationships and crosssell additional lines of insurance
- Familiarize yourself with range of products and systems through agency provided training
- Experience in commercial OR personal lines with an interest in learning the other
Requirements:
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to selfdirect the completion of job duties.
- Experience from an Independent Agency or a Captive Agent
- Must hold Property & Casualty License.
- Must be Bilingual English and Spanish
Compensation:
Salary: $45k $55K commission
