You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Corporate Director of Occupational and Employee Health is responsible for leading overseeing and executing PAM Healths Occupational Health strategy and programs. This role ensures the development standardization and implementation of health and safety practices that comply with federal state and internal regulations. The Corporate Director of Occupational and Employee Health will provide strategic and clinical leadership in areas including employee health occupational health and reporting injury prevention medical and emergency response and fitnessforduty and returntowork procedures. The role collaborates closely with Employee Services Nurse Managers HR and Risk Management to align efforts ensure quality care for employees and drive continuous improvement. This is an exempt position.

Education and Training: Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where intended to practice. Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required. Masters Degree highly preferred. Certification as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience with occupational health and employee health. Experience in community health ambulatory care critical care or emergency nursing highly preferred.
