General Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact to drive and assist with enrollment goals of dealers into various assigned OEM Programs.
Ensure turn around time requirements are met on critical implementation milestones from key dealership staff.
Establish effective partnering relationships and facilitate inperson and virtual discussions to drive client KPIs.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) of various programs to drive program engagement and utilization
Oversee and facilitate user training and support through the programs implementation lifecycle(s).
Proactively identify implementation risks and work to mitigate effectively and efficiently.
Consult with assigned dealerships to develop action plans that drive results by implementing processes and unique Dealership needs.
Build strong productive relationships various vendor partners who are integrated into overall program structure.
Document communicate and escalate issues/concerns as necessary according to the program plan.
Consistently review status of performance metrics using program analysis data and tracking.
Participate in weekly performance and brainstorm discussions with Maritz Lead (Program Manager) to develop smart practices and collaborate on how to overcome obstacles
Using effective and efficient time management to focus on impactful activities and ability to challenge deviations from identified goals
Manage expenses as required by provided Maritz guidelines
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Fouryear college degree (bachelors) or equivalent experience preferred
Additional qualifications:
Consulting and/or retail experience with automotive dealerships
Indepth knowledge of the retail automotive industry including common terminology dealership structure and process workflows
Knowledge of dealership/automotive retail software. (CRM digital retail tools DMS etc)
Fastlearner and passionate ability to remain intouch with fastchanging solutions
Demonstrated history of sustaining a positive attitude during highstress situations
Ability to work within defined Maritz team partner with clients and vendorpartners
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation facilitation and motivational skills to generate results
Computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Willingness to travel weekly (up to 70% overall depending on territory).
