Proficiency in Microsofts Office Suite including Word and Excel.
Work experience in collecting scheduling processing and reporting information in a data processing environment.
Knowledge of document scanning techniques and computer software.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of the care and operation of standard office equipment and machines.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and the general public.
Ability to respond to customers regarding UST program related technical questions.
Ability to recommend allocation of resources.
Ability to train and assist staff in administrative and procurement processes.
Must be selfmotivated. Must possess a high level of attention to detail.
Must be flexible in the ability to accept a variety of job duties depending on program needs
