Profile Requirements:
- Min 2.5 years Proven experience managing social media for a brand artist or creator.
- Deep understanding of TikTok Instagram YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut Premiere Pro or similar).
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Later Buffer Metricool).
Core responsibilities:
- Execute platformspecific content strategies to grow followers drive engagement and increase reach.
- Create and post highperforming content including Reels TikToks YouTube Shorts carousels memes and more.
- Monitor trends audio and viral formats and apply them creatively to our brand and talent roster.
- Edit shortform video clips and repurpose longform content into socialfirst formats.
- Manage a content calendar and publishing schedule across all platforms.
- Engage with followers respond to comments and DMs and help build community.
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimize based on results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams talent and external partners to align on messaging and campaigns.
- Apply effective content marketing tactics to ensure posts not only entertain but also drive action and conversions.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
