Job Description
Strategic Financial Leadership
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute business strategies aligned with growth targets and operational efficiency.
Provide commercial insights and financial analysis to support datadriven decisions across expansion pricing and menu profitability.
Financial Planning & Budgeting
Lead the annual budgeting forecasting and longterm financial planning processes.
Monitor financial performance versus budget and drive corrective actions when necessary.
Retail Operations Finance
Oversee outletlevel P&L performance cost of goods sold (COGS) and operational KPIs.
Implement controls for inventory wastage procurement and kitchen productivity.
Accounting Tax & Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with Malaysian accounting standards.
Liaise with external auditors tax agents and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all statutory and Halal financerelated regulations.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Manage cash flow and working capital to support daily operations and expansion activities.
Optimize payment cycles supplier terms and banking relationships.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a growing finance team ensuring a strong internal control environment.
Strengthen collaboration between finance and outlet operations procurement etc.
Expansion Support
Support feasibility studies outlet ROI analysis and financial due diligence for new restaurant locations or business ventures.
- Bachelor s Degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA CPA CIMA or equivalent) highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including at least 3 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong experience in F&B retail or multioutlet operations is essential.
- Proficiency in financial systems budgeting tools and Excel. Familiarity with POS and inventory systems is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Halal financial principles and experience in managing Halalcertified businesses is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
- Based in or willing to commute to Bangi Selangor.
