L quipe est constitu e de sagefemme avec une riche exp rience des soins de maternit en r gion loign e. Nous travaillons en interdisciplinarit avec une quipe d infirmi res de m decins et de travailleurs sociaux afin d offrir des soins aux femmes qui vivent une grossesse bas risques ainsi qu risques interm diaires.
Nous faisons partie de l quipe d vacuations d urgences lors d accouchements pr matur s ou tout autre urgence obst tricale ou n onatale. C est une excellente opportunit pour une sagefemme de vivre l exp rience et les d fis professionnels hors du commun de travailler en r gion nordique. La formation des tudiantes sagesfemmes est une priorit pour lorganisation. Lengagement des sagesfemmes dans la formation est essentiel et fait partie int grante de son travail. Nous offrons le transport l h bergement une prime d loignement une prime de vie ch re ainsi qu une prime de r tention. The team consists of a Midwife with extensive experience in maternity care in remote areas. We work in interdisciplinary with nurses doctors and social workers to provide care to women who are low and intermediaterisk pregnancies.
We are part of the emergency evacuation team for premature deliveries or other obstetric or neonatal emergencies. This is a great opportunity for a Midwife to live the experience and professional challenges of working in a remote northern area. The training of students is a priority for the organization. The involvement of Midwives in training them is essential and an integral part of their work. We offer transportation accommodation high cost of living premium and isolation and retention allowances. The team in place will offer you very good support especially if it is your first experience in the North.
