Patient Demographics: Adults only

Physicians in Practice: 5 (Hem/Onc & Rad Onc)

Midlevels in Practice: 6

Support Staff: 1 RN 6 NP/PAs 1 MA & 4 Office Staff

% of Practice: 50% Hematology 50% Oncology

Required Procedures: OP Hem & Onc & IM Participation on a tumor board Mgmt. of VAD/CV catheters.

Lab Onsite: Yes

No. of Exam Rooms: 16

Beds in Dept: 16

EMR: Epic

Other Info: Administration of Chemo is done by a Nurse Oncologist.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BLS
