TRAVELING CONCRETE FINISHER

This is a remote position.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Traveling Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. This role involves working on commercial and/or industrial job sites where precision and professionalism are critical. You ll be responsible for placing finishing protecting and repairing concrete on a variety of job sites while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour level and smooth concrete using a variety of hand and power tools.
  

• Set forms to desired pitch and depth and align them.
  

• Apply curing compounds and sealers to protect finished concrete work.
  

• Install embedded items such as anchor bolts steel plates etc.
  

• Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings.
  

• Operate finishing machines such as power trowels and edgers.
  

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
  

• Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with OSHA regulations.
  

• Work collaboratively with crew members foremen and supervisors.
  

• Travel to assigned job sites sometimes for extended periods.
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a concrete finisher (flatwork and/or vertical preferred).
  

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  

• Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed.
  

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license.
  

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  

• CDL or certifications (e.g. ACI) are a plus but not required.
