Role Overview
We re looking for a Licensing Manager (or Licensing Executive) who is wellconnected in the brand licensing space. Your expertise and network will be essential in acquiring licensing rights from global and national brands including icons like CocaCola Disney Nike automotive brands beer companies food & beverage giants and more. You ll play a key role in growing the clients portfolio of officially licensed designs by driving strategic partnerships and handling the full licensing process from start to finish. This role demands strong dealmaking skills as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to bring licensed products to life.
What You ll Do
Proactively source and negotiate licensing agreements with toptier global brands across multiple industries such as entertainment sports food & beverage automotive and fashion.
Leverage your established network of brand relationships to quickly and effectively secure licensing deals.
Manage the endtoend licensing process from outreach and pitching to negotiation contract execution and ongoing relationship management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and the approval processes.
Stay uptodate with the latest licensing trends IP laws and market movements to identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with our design and product teams to bring licensed collections to life ensuring quality and market relevance.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in licensing brand partnerships or business development within the consumer products merchandise or fashion industries.
- An extensive existing network of contacts at major brands and licensing agencies (e.g. CocaCola Nike Disney Marvel beer brands automotive food brands).
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing licensing deals from initial contact through to deal execution.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property rights brand protection and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- A selfstarter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.

Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in licensing, brand partnerships, or business development within the consumer products, merchandise, or fashion industries. An extensive, existing network of contacts at major brands and licensing agencies (e.g., Coca-Cola, Nike, Disney, Marvel, beer brands, automotive, food brands). Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing licensing deals, from initial contact through to deal execution. Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, brand protection, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree preferred.
