Job Description
- Lead and support business process transformation initiatives within the Plant Maintenance (PM) Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) domains.
- Address and resolve daytoday queries from business users ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Participate in the ACCB (Change Control Board) to review and evaluate change requests providing expert recommendations.
- Play a key role in S/4HANA transformation discussions and activities contributing technical insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions aligned with business goals.
- 10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality Management processes.
- Indepth understanding of SAP ERP Production Planning & Control in discrete manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management processes including handson experience with ACCB participation.
- Proven experience in supporting or driving S/4HANA migration projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
- Provide functional support and continuous improvement across PM PP and QM modules.
- Act as a subject matter expert in discussions related to system changes and digital transformation.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with global and crossfunctional teams.
- Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with evolving project needs.
