What You ll Be Doing
Be part of our client s team as a Citrix Administrator where you ll manage highperformance virtual environments and ensure seamless delivery of enduser computing solutions. You ll work handson with advanced VDI tools while supporting a globally respected IT services provider.
The Role at a Glance
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM EST or 5:00 PM 2:00 AM EST (Monday to Friday)
Work setup: Onsite Colombo Sri Lanka
What Youll Take Charge Of: Responsibilities
- Install configure and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud and NetScaler (ADC)
- Monitor system performance security and availability for scalability and stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrixrelated access performance and connectivity issues
- Implement Citrix policies and group policies to enhance the enduser experience
- Oversee license compliance and conduct capacity planning
- Apply updates patches and upgrades to ensure performance and security
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix with infrastructure and apps
- Provide technical support and conduct training for users and IT staff
- Document system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity processes
Requirements
What You ll Need to Succeed: Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Citrix Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud and NetScaler (ADC)
- Proficient in Windows Server administration Active Directory and Group Policy
- Familiar with virtualization tools such as VMware or HyperV
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including load balancing firewalls and VPNs
- Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus
- Citrix certifications (CCA CCP or CCE) are highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
