Were looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Chattarpur South Delhi.
Key Responsibilities

The UI/UX design process across Dentalkart s web and mobile platforms

Translate complex requirements into intuitive userfriendly interfaces
-
Create wireframes prototypes user flows and highfidelity visuals
-
Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
-
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product tech and marketing
-
Maintain and evolve our design system and UI style guidelines
-
Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
Requirements
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of handson experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio in ecommerce
-
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD etc.

Strong understanding of responsive and mobilefirst design principles

Experience with user research A/B testing and usability evaluation

Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
-
Portfolio submission is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Design (.) or a related field

Experience mentoring or managing junior designers

Understanding of ecommerce and quick commerce conversion optimization techniques

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in project management or a related role. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Understanding of market research and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with Agile development processes is preferred.
