Job Description
Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Pay: $20/hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Some OT may be required)
Location: Catoosa OK

Position Overview:
A local heat exchanger manufacturer is seeking a reliable Shipping/Receiving Clerk with forklift and overhead crane experience. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. While minimal driving is required (no CDL) candidates must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform daily shipping receiving packaging and order fulfillment tasks
Load and unload trucks using a forklift and overhead crane
Verify all incoming and outgoing materials against bills of lading (BOLs)
Sort label and document shipments accurately
Maintain detailed and organized shipping/receiving records
Assist in inventory control and warehouse organization
Operate forklift and material handling equipment safely
Skills & Qualifications:
12 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred
Forklift and overhead crane experience required
Valid drivers license with a clean MVR required
Ability to pass a national background check drug screen and physical
Detailoriented and organized with strong paperwork handling skills
